Separation of filters(Grade E)

·Suitable for filtering a large number of liquid and 3micron size condensate, 5ppm maximum residual oil content.

Main pipeline filter(Grade D)

·Discard the old ceramic filter, replaced by multi-layer glass fiber material;
·Main line filter: generally reciprocating air compressor front filter;
·Compressed air will be a large amount of oil, water filtration to less than 1ppm, impurity particles filtered to 1micron.

High efficient oil removal filter(Grade C)

·Multi-layered glass fiber material;
·Air line filter: The level for the general pipeline and the general spiral air compressor, is a pre-installed device；
·The compressed air oil, water vapor, liquid filtration to less than 0.01ppm, impurity particles filtered to 0.01micron.

Super high efficient oil removal filter(Grade B)

·For the glass fiber media, including the membrane covered by the film and multi-tube matrix matrix mixed fiber media；
·Ultra-precision degreasing filter: The level of air compression and post-filter device；
·For compressed air filter a very small amount of oil, water vapor, precision removed to within 0.001micron, to achieve high standards of oil-free compressed air.

Ultra-precision activated carbon filter(Grade A)

·A very fine activated carbon powder and multilayer fiber material；
·The role of this high-precision filter dedicated；
·Filter out residual oil mist in the compressed air to less than 0.003ppm, and the smell of carbon ammonia compounds and filter out ultrafine particulate matter within 0.01micron, to oil-free, odorless the best result.
