High temperature air-cooled refrigeration compressed air dryer
·Refrigeration dryer is the use of refrigeration system evaporator low temperature, the first compressed air temperature is reduced, and then the visible water condensation and discharge to get a dry compressed air source;
·However, cooling the compressed air does not necessarily mean that water will be discharged because a lot of condensed water will be taken away from the freezer dryer due to the rapid flow of compressed air, resulting in excessive water content at the end of use.
·GA series of air-cooled freezer dryer is to solve this problem developed by the new machine weight, the most important feature of the horizontal evaporator with vertical position of the structure to design, and the bottom of the evaporator configuration Refrigerant high pressure secondary condensation device, this meticulous design not only allows the refrigeration system to load more stable, but also the principle of gravity to make the condensate due to the relationship between gravity and less likely to be fast-flowing compressed air away from the evaporator to be condensed Water is completely discharged.
The correct choice of dryer method:
·All kinds of cold and dry machine under different working conditions, the air flow will be different, select a suitable dryer, you must take into account the compressed air flow, pressure, temperature and ambient air temperature and the required pressure dew point;
