Separation filter (class E)

It is suitable for filtering large amounts of liquid and 3 micron sized agglomerates (maximum residual oil content of 5ppm W/W)

Two non embroidered holes are separated by 10 micron machine.

Filtration of 3 micron solid and liquid particles in a deep fibrous medium.




Supervisor filter (class D)

It is suitable for filtering large amounts of liquid and 1 micron sized agglomerates (maximum residual oil content of 1.0ppm W/W)

The fiber medium and the dielectric filter screen are stacked alternately to filter larger particles

Multi layer epoxy resin bonded with mixed fiber medium, coalescing oil mist and filtering solid particles.

 


High efficiency oil removal filter (class C)

Glass fiber multilayer overlap material;

Air pipe filter: it is used for general pipeline and general screw air compressor, and it belongs to front through device;

The compressed air, oil, water and liquid can be filtered to 0.01ppm, and the impurity particles can be filtered into 0.01micron.

 


Ultra high efficiency oil removal filter (class B)

Glass fiber medium, including membrane seal network and multi tube mixed fiber medium;

Ultra precision oil filter: air compressor and rear filter;

Applicable to the compressed oil, a small amount of air filtered water vapor, the accuracy is less than 0.001micron, to achieve high quality compressed air oil free standards.

 

Ultra precision activated carbon filter (Grade A)

For extremely fine activated carbon powder and multilayer fiber material;

It acts on high precision filtration;

The residual oil mist in the compressed air is less than 0.003ppm, and the peculiar smell of carbon ammonia compound is filtered and the ultra fine particles are filtered to within 0.01micron, so as to achieve the best effect of no oil and no odor.
