    Production process

    Increasing the ripple strength while protecting the filter layer structure.

    The skeleton spiral structure can greatly enhance the radial compressive strength of the skeleton, and avoid the deformation of the skeleton caused by the excessive pressure difference.

    Sandblasting treatment can increase the roughness of the end cover bonding surface, and ensure the bonding strength of the end cap and the filter layer.

    The precise control of the glue temperature and the glue injection quantity can ensure the product to have higher stability.

    The framework has no solder joints, avoids two zinc plating, and the product is more beautiful.

     

    High efficiency and low resistance polymer materials

    New materials: polymer materials with high efficiency and low resistance, this material has unique surface structure and density gradient, not only will the compressed air droplets in the clean, but also ensure lower flow resistance of clean air, greatly improve the separation efficiency of the product.

    Processing technology: folding process can improve the product filter area and extend the service life of the product.

     


Pressure drop efficiency and performance

When the working pressure is 0.7MPa / 1.3MPa, the initial pressure difference between oil and gas separators is between 0.15BAR`0.25BAR. Compressed air oil content can be controlled below 3PPM. Compressed air oil mist particles can be controlled below 0.1 M.
