The advantages of air dryer
Energy-saving - The advanced heat exchanger design reduces the heat of the compressed air by more than half, thus minimizing the evaporative cooling system and reducing the energy consumption of evaporative cooling. The high-temperature exhaust gas of the compressor is used to return the hot air to the outlet, so that the outlet pipe wall does not dew condensation due to the temperature being too low; the relative humidity of the cold air is lowered after the temperature rises, thereby preventing the pipe from rusting. The temperature of the compressor's exhaust gas is reduced after being pre-cooled by cold air, reducing the heat load of the condenser. The condensing fan is placed outside the chassis, there is no backflow in the chassis, the heat dissipation effect is good, and the fan is easy to maintain. The electronic drainer with large diameter adjustable drainage time and interval can ensure reliable drainage of the system.
·working principle
According to the principle of freezing and dehumidification, the cold dryer cools the compressed air from the upstream to a certain dew point temperature, condenses out most of the liquid water and entrains the dust and oil, passes through the separation baffle and separates it from the machine.
