The air filter core is preferably maintained once a week. The nut is unscrewed, the air filter element is removed, and the dust particles on the outer surface of the air filter core are blown out from the inner cavity of the air filter with 0.2-0.4Mpa compressed air, and the stolen goods on the inner wall of the air filter are wiped clean with clean cloth. Back to the air filter core, pay attention to the sealing ring in the front end of the air filter core and close to the inner end of the empty filter shell. The maintenance of diesel engine air inlet air filter core in diesel power screw machine should be synchronized with air compressor air filter core, and the maintenance methods are the same. The normal situation of air filter element is changed 1000-1500 hours. The environment is particularly bad, such as mines, ceramic factories, cotton mills and so on. It is recommended to replace air filters every 500 hours. When cleaning or replacing the air filter, the components must be fitted one by one to prevent the foreign body from falling into the intake valve. Usually check the intake expansion pipe is not breakage, suction flat, expansion pipe and air filter inlet valve has no loosening and air leakage. If it is found, it should be repaired and replaced in time.
2, the replacement of the oil filter
After the first operation of the new machine for 500 hours, the oil core should be replaced, and the special wrench can be replaced by the reverse oil filter. When the new filter element is installed, it is best to add screw oil, seal the filter element and turn it back to the oil filter holder with both hands, and force it to tighten. It is suggested that the new filter core should be replaced every 1500-2000 hours, and the oil filter core should be replaced at the same time when the oil is changed, and the replacement period should be shortened when the environment is bad. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element over time. Otherwise, because of the serious blockage of the filter core, the pressure difference exceeds the bypass valve's tolerance limit, and the bypass valve will automatically open. A lot of booties and particles will directly enter the screw main engine with the oil, causing serious consequences. The replacement of the diesel engine oil filter core and the diesel filter core should follow the diesel engine maintenance requirements, and the replacement method is similar to the screw oil core.
3. Maintenance and replacement of oil fine separator
The oil and fine separator is a component that separate the screw oil from the compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of the air have great influence on the life of the oil separator. It can be seen that the maintenance and replacement period of the air filter must be shortened in the harsh environment, and even the pre air filter should be considered. The oil fine separator must be replaced after the expiration or pressure difference exceeds 0.12Mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and oil is damaged by the oil fine separator. Replacement method: remove the installation of control oil and gas pipe joint cover. Remove installed oil and gas cap oil and gas into the barrel of the return pipe, remove oil and gas barrel cover fastening bolt. Remove the cover of the oil and gas barrel and remove the oil fine separator. Remove asbestos pads and dirt that are sticky to the upper cover. Add a new fine oil separator. Notice that the upper and lower asbestos pad must be stapled, and the asbestos pad must be neatly placed in the press, otherwise the cushion will be caused. Back to the top cover, back oil pipe, control pipe, check if there is leakage.
