The refrigerating dryer uses the low temperature of the evaporator of the refrigerating system,let's lower the temperature of the compressed air,and then condense the water out,to obtain a dry compressed air source;but cooling the compressed air doesn't necessarily mean the water will be expelled,because a lot of condensed water will be taken away from the refrigerated dryer due to the rapid flow of compressed air, resulting in the phenomenon of excessive water content at the service end;                        
GA series air-cooled refrigerating dryer is a new machine developed to solve this problem.the main feature is that the horizontal evaporator is designed with an upright differential configuration.at the bottom of the evaporator is equipped with a refrigerant high-pressure secondary condensation device,this careful design not only makes the cooling system load more stable,the principle of gravity is also used to make the condensed water more difficult to be carried away from the evaporator by the fast-moving compressed air due to the relationship between gravity, so that the condensed water can be completely discharged.

Correct method of selecting a cold dryer:
Under different working conditions, the air volume of all kinds of cold drying machines will be different. To choose a suitable cold drying machine, five factors such as the flow rate of compressed air, pressure, inlet temperature, ambient temperature and required pressure dew point must be considered.
Example: the nameplate of the air compressor indicates that the exhaust volume is 5.2m3 /min, the exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa, the maximum exhaust temperature is 50℃, the ambient temperature of the machine room is 38℃, and the target pressure dew point is 10℃.
Then: the processing capacity of the cold drying machine = 5.2 Nm3 /min ÷ 0.75 ÷ 1.12 ÷ 1.0 = 6.2 Nm3 /min
The cold-drying model to be selected is GA-50HFB.
